If one is too friendly with a colleague (not incestuous but being members of the same body - the organ.......) ... Better not be seen with her or him outside, ie dont be seen bringing work outside (actually now the case is "playing" with ur colleagues outside, so should seek other social avenues)
"Sibling rivalry" will also occur if the boss talks to some subordinates so intimately that effectively give her informal power, giving gossipers the chance to drive subtle wedges into human relationships and resulting in grapevine talk that will topple an organisation...
